The Steyr TMP is an Austrian machine pistol chambered for the 9x19mm round. It made its first appearance in Madness Apotheosis having a darker color. Up until the release of Madness Consternation, the TMP had the following inscription on its side: MODEL 1118A .457ACP. Sanford wielded a suppressed one at the beginning of Madness Combat 7.5 and used one with an M-11 in Madness Combat 10: Abrogation.

In Madness: Project Nexus, it is one of the four weapons with the fastest rate of fire, along with the M-11, Minebea PM-9, and Colt M-16. It sometimes comes with two extra magazines.
