Sanford

From Madness Combat Wiki

A faced madness character. He wears black round glasses, a bandana, bandages on his lower torso and what seems like camouflage on his bottom half. He is seen carrying a revolver and a Hook attached to a rope, enabling him to grapple. He also has what appears to be a DNA strand tattoo on his back. In Madness Combat 9: Aggregation he is seen to have extremely effective fighting skills through using his hook: he can attack enemies where he can't see them, and he can pull enemies in his direction to use their bodies as shields. At the end of the episode, he and Hank are about to fight the Auditor.

Sanford seems to be very fearless and very resistant to pain, as he managed to attack the Auditor, fought against the two enhanced A.T.P. Agents and was able to easily continue fighting after being stabbed by an enemy.

Hank's two allies shown towards the end of Madness Combat 5: Depredation are believed to be Sanford and Deimos.

Trivia

• He is one of the two characters who have directly faced the Auditor in combat (Jesus Christ being the first), in his case it was a short sword fight.

• Sanford is the first character since the clown Tricky (Warning sing), to have some sort of attachment to a weapon(Hook)
