The H&K MP5 is a German submachine gun chambered for the 9x19mm Parabellum round. It appeared frequently in the early episodes and in Madness Interactive with many different designs. It had a short barrel in Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis and a scope in Madness Combat 6: Antipathy. It appeared in Incident: 101A in the hands of Tricky as he jumped out of the giant cake and killed everyone with it. it was Sanford's starting weapons in ROMP.FLA, where it was used to kill several A.A.H.W. units and mustached characters.

The MP5 is also a usable weapon in Madness: Project Nexus.
