Heavy weapons are firearms that fire irregular projectiles. However, in Madness: Project Nexus, "heavy" is a miscellaneous weapon type that is not affected by weapon perks. The first and only heavy weapon appearance in the series was the cannon, debuting in Marsh-Mellow-Madness.
