Blockhead is one of the many mercenaries to hire in Madness: Project Nexus (Classic). He has the lowest level of all the the mercenaries behaving a level of 8. He is also the star of a cartoon series created by The-Swain. The series has to do with Blockhead going around his neighborhood terrorizing or just generally annoying people (usually his own conscience).

He is a grunt who has yellow skin a red shirt and blue pants. He also has a couple of strands of hair. He also has grey shoes.
